Well, here we go, my name is matt gilstrap, im 28, ive been painting for about 2 years, ive been blowing glass , off and on, for about 10 years, i want to be seen so see me if you can.

First off, hello matt! Pleased to meet you. I'm Faythe Goldsmith, and my business partner (and the "resident artist")is J M Hutson, Mike to his friends. He's been painting and doing metalwork for years, and was making a name for himself in the folk art world until 1994, when his oldest son was tragically killed in an accident. He quit creating at that point, and just picked up a brush again in 2005. Now we're trying to find a niche for him in that world again! We've had some success selling some of his paintings on eBay (under seller id 123faythe), and I'm starting to list a few of his metal sculptures, but mainly now, we're working toward exhibiting at Folk Fest 2006 in Atlanta. I'm the computer end of the business, so to speak. We initially got started with eBay because I had so many items collected by my late husband and myself, then my parents' collections, mainly cut glass that my father collected up until his death 12 years ago. I DON'T paint or sculpt or ANYTHING artsy or craftsy, so that's a REAL short bio on me! :) :) We hope to see you, either on the web, or in Atlanta!
